How do I contact customer support?

Something not quite right with your order? Don’t worry, the Bismaroo customer service team is ready to help. Email us at customercare@bismaroo.com.au and advise us of your issue. Please share your contact number with your inquiry so we can call you back. We’ll endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. We will respond within 12 hours if not earlier!

Shipping & Delivery

How does shipping and delivery work?

Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep a close eye on your order until it reaches its destination. 

Free shipping on orders over $99.99. Insured shipping options available up to $300 worth of products in case there are delivery issues from Australia Post, where products will be resent if delivered incorrectly.

Please note if you order multiple items in a single order, items may ship from multiple locations depending on stock availability. We do this to ensure you receive your full order as fast as possible.   

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. If you select express shipping, you can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 5 business days after shipped from Australia Post. Choose standard shipping and you can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 8 business days after shipped from Australia Post. Standard shipping is free for all orders over $99.99. 

The table below shows delivery timeframes for both metro and regional areas after product is dropped off to Australia Post. 

Express Shipping: 2 - 5 Business Days

Standard Shipping: 2 - 8 Business Days


We primarily use Australia Post for most deliveries within Australia. 
 
*Please note: All shipping timeframes are based on the advertised date of dispatch. Should your item have a pre-order date (advised on the product page), this is the approximate date of dispatch and delivery of pre-order items will occur within the timeframes listed above.

How much do I pay for shipping?

If you’re located in Australia standard shipping is free on all orders over $99.99. For orders under $99.99, standard shipping is $9.99.  

Insured shipping options available up to $300 worth of products in case there are delivery issues from Australia Post, where products will be resent if delivered incorrectly.

Multiple shipping options (including express) are available at check out.

Help! My order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?

Although Australia Post quote us 2-8 business days for standard delivery, they may not always be able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date.   

If your order isn’t delivered within 15 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with Australia Post.   

*Please note: The investigation outcome timeline can vary from courier to courier. We’ll do our best to help with a timely resolution.

Warranty & Return

Warranty & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that return or warranty inspection shipping costs within Australia are the responsibility of the customer. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

However, not all items are eligible for return. To be eligible for a return: 

Item(s) must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the date your order is delivered/received. 

Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty. 

Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, and in ‘as new’ unused condition. This includes all packaging. Once product is used, it cannot be returned due to nature of product. Unless the product is proven faulty after inspection at manufacturing facility.

You must provide a photo of your item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition and approve for return. 

*Please note: If you claim a refund for one product on a bundle, the bundle pricing is no longer valid. The items you keep will default to the current sale price.

Example:  

Purchased 2 Bidet Pack for $150

Returned one Level 1 Bidet, current sale price = $80

Your refund is $150-$80= $70The above is only an example, the total amount owed will be calculated at the time your refund is requested.  

Return & Warranty

Warranties start from delivery or collection of your product. Dates below are a guide.


To start a return or warranty inspection, you can contact us at customercare@bismaroo.com.au. Please note that returns and warranty inspections will need to be sent to the following address: 3/3 Henry Street, Plympton, 5038, SA, Australia. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or warranty inspection will not be accepted.

After we receive your product, it will be sent from our manufacturer's facility outside of Australia for inspection and once approved, a new product will be sent to your designated address. Any costs associated with sending the faulty product from the customer's side will be refunded to the customer if the product is found faulty.

Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly and credited to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 10 days for the refund to appear in your account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customercare@bismaroo.com.au.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
